We are seeking a results-oriented R&D Chemist with primary experience in coatings cleaners, adhesion promoters, and metalworking lubricants to provide effective formulation development and technical support to PICO customers.  This position will link the lab to the field for optimal and expedient product development with customer end-use application as a guide to product design and continuous improvement.  As such, the role requires both advanced technical aptitude and strong internal and external communication skills. The position is based in Chicago Heights, Illinois, and requires occasional travel to customer sites, trade shows, etc. throughout the country as needed.
