"We have been using PICO Quench Guard G for the past year and a half in one of our CNC plasma tables. We run two plasma tables, so we're able to easily compare the advantages of using that verses just water. The QG has a noticeable effect in keeping the water table and slats clean, and makes it easier to clean and service. We have also noticed that our plasma consumables stay clean and we seem to get a longer service life out of the consumables. We cut a great deal of aluminum and have noticed we do not have hydrogen gassing afterwards. This is a huge safety factor if we do not get to clean the water table immediately after cutting aluminum. In fact, we now only clean the table with the QG at regular intervals, even after cutting aluminum. We will be using QG in the other table now. I am attaching two pictures I took while cleaning the plasma table yesterday. We clean the table every 4 to 6 weeks. We’ve been busy and this time have not cleaned it in over 8 weeks.

The metal shown in the first picture is 11ga cold rolled. It’s been submerged in the Quench Guard G for about 5 weeks, mixed in with all sorts of things. I took the piece out, wiped if off and took the picture. As you can see, it looks new.

The other picture is of the bed of our water table. I scooped the large pieces out, vacuumed out the rest and this is how it looked. It was a very quick cleanout due to your product.

The fluid is 2 years old and the strength is at the recommended level. I filtered it out this time and the solution looks the same as it did when I started using it.”
